Lauren Imparato

Co-Founder + CEO

Innovator, Socio-Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker & Best Selling Author, Lauren thrives on turning back of the napkin ideas into reality. A Princeton University grad, Lauren quit her job on Wall Street in 2009 to found I.AM.YOU., a first of its kind health/wellness/fitness company, which she exited after ten years of successive growth and profitability across brick & mortar, digital, and CPG verticals. Prior, she worked as a VP at Morgan Stanley Fixed Income helping the firm start $500mm+ businesses across Emerging Markets. Lauren writes on Between the Waves, is a Board Advisor for Lada Health, Women in Innovation, and The Sunny Center, and is the CMO of Delphos Capital, a women-led impact investment fund.

Janelle Hallier

Co-Founder + CEO

Innate trailblazer and entrepreneur, Janelle left home at 17 to found and operate a first of its kind hybrid modeling and finishing school in Sydney, Australia. After 5 years of successfully operating the business, she returned to the United States to lead the advertising & marketing for a premier Las Vegas real estate developer with $1 billion in completed projects. Recently, Janelle founded a series of consumer-facing businesses in the clean beauty industry, which she exited to start The Association. Janelle currently splits her time between Madrid and Los Angeles with her husband and two kids.

A past Global Vice Chair of Denton, the world’s largest law firm, and the first woman appointed to the Dentons’ Global Board, Jana is an independent director of Invitation Homes, Inc. and The Boler Company, the owner of Hendrickson International. She is also a Senior Advisor to Blackstone and the CEO of Henley Farms, Inc, a Kentucky based thoroughbred breeding business. Jana also chairs the Board of Advisors of Catalyst, Inc., the international women’s advocacy organization.

She was also recognized as "Top Women Leaders in Healthcare" in 2020, “Top Doctor" and a “Woman of Influence” in 2021. Dr. Bhatia serves as a Board Member for the California Hospital Association, the Founding Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at the California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), as well as Associate Professor of Medical Education in the CUSM School of Medicine and Governing Board Member of the Federation of American Hospitals, among others.

Renata Mutis Black is the founder of EBY, a women’s empowerment brand with the social mission of empowering women out of poverty through microfinance, in 2018 alongside fellow co-founder and actress Sofia Vergara. She began in microfinance in 2005 while studying under Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus. Following her work with Professor Yunus, Deepak Chopra wrote a chapter about Renata in his book entitled “The Soul of Leadership”. She has spoken about entrepreneurship, female empowerment and women in business at numerous institutions including the United Nations, MIT and Harvard Business School. Featured in the WSJ, Forbes, InStyle and Tech Crunch and been named Entrepreneur Magazine’s “100 Most Brilliant Companies”.

Louisa Bojesen spent almost 20 years anchoring live, daily, financial TV shows for CNBC. She has interviewed thousands of high-profile world leaders and experts, covering all asset classes and a wide range of topics. Events ranging from the 2000 dotcom bubble to the 2008 financial crisis to reporting from hectic trading floors, enabled her to intimately understand global market dynamics, and the pressure points of companies and leadership. Live during breaking news, including the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy and the London 7/7 bombings, Bojesen was the only anchor on CNBC International to host four consecutive, live shows, every day. For years, apart from being the only female anchor and the youngest, she was also the only person to front daily shows solo. Ellen Chen

Since stepping down from the “day to day” of running Mendocino Farms, a premium fast casual gourmet sandwich and salad concept that she Co-founded in 2005, Ellen has focused her time, energy and passion in investing and supporting female and minority founded businesses. Ellen is using her twenty years of experience growing food brands to help early-stage founders understand their purpose, operationalize their values, get the resources they need and hopefully avoid some of the mistakes she made. Ellen continues to offer the restaurant group a big business perspective with an entrepreneur's passion. In 2015 Nation’s Restaurant News included her on their annual Power List, and 2020 Nation’s Restaurant News named her the 50 most influential women in foodservice. In 2017 she was appointed by Mayor Eric Garcetti to be the Entrepreneur in Residence for the city of Los Angeles. She sits on the Board of Mendocino Farms and Sugared + Bronzed, she is an Advisor to Vibrant Ventures, Curbit and Zitti. Her passion includes promoting and advocating for the AAPI Community. She is a founding member of Teach AAPI and Board Member of AAPILA, an initiative launched by the Mayor’s office in Los Angeles.

Pam Kessler is the Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of LTC Properties (NYSE: LTC), a $2 billion publicly traded health care REIT (real estate investment trust) that invests in seniors housing and skilled nursing properties throughout the United States. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Pam has demonstrated expertise in developing, leading and executing capital markets and financial planning and analysis activities. She joined LTC Properties in 2000 as the company’s Controller and has served as the CFO since 2007. Prior to joining LTC Properties, Pam was the Corporate Controller for a privately held commercial and multifamily real estate developer. She was also the Director of Financial Reporting for Irvine Apartment Communities, a Southern California apartment REIT spun out from The Irvine Company. Pam also served as the Assistant Controller of the Inland Empire division of KB Home (NYSE: KBH), one of the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilders. She began her career as a certified public accountant in the real estate group of Ernst and Young LLP. Pam graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Currently, Pam serves as an independent director and member of the audit committee of Physician’s Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC) a $6 billion health care REIT that acquires, owns and manages medical office buildings and other health care properties that are leased to physicians, hospitals and other health care providers throughout the United States. Pam also serves on the Board of Governors and is a member of the real estate committee of Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center Foundation in Tarzana, California. Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana is a 249-bed hospital serving the San Fernando Valley since 1973 and is part of Providence St. Joseph Health, a national not-for-profit health system comprised of 50 hospitals and 829 clinics throughout the western part of the United States. Additionally, Pam is a member of the Dean’s Executive Advisory Council at California Lutheran University’s School of Management and serves on the executive council of the UC Irvine School of Social Sciences Dean’s Leadership Society. Pam and her husband, Steve, live in Reno, Nevada.
